Cauliflower steak (2 servings)
Ingredients
• 1 Medium Cauliflower
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Black Pepper
• 1 Tbsp Garlic powder
• 1 Tbsp Paprika
• 1/4 Tbsp smoked Paprika
• 1/2 Tbsp Cumin
• Dry Thyme
• Garnish with Tahini Sauce and Parsley
Method
• Pre Heat an oven for 400F
• Cut the Cauliflower Vertically into 1″ steaks.
• Mix all the spices and Olive Oil in a bowl and brush the cauliflower steaks from all sides on a baking tray
• Bake for 25 mins until the Cauliflower slices browned and ready.
• Pour the Tahini sauce over the cauliflower and garnish with chopped parsley
