Kale Chips (2 servings)


  • 3 Cups of Kale cut into large pieces
  • 1/2 container of FreshMed Gourmet Green Peas & Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Silan or Maple Syrup



  • Preheat an oven to 325F
  • Cut the Kale into pieces, rinse and dry well
  • In a mixing bowl mix the Kale with the Green Peas & Tahini spread and Silan until well coated
  • Arrange the coated Kale chips on a baking tray with enough space in between
  • Bake for 15 mins, turn the baking tray 180° and continue to bake for another 5 minutes until Kale chips are crispy
