Moroccan Tomatoes Pinwheels (4 servings)



  • Plant-Based puff pastry
  • 1 container of FreshMed Gourmet Moroccan Tomatoes
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, as needed
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives
  • 1 cup of Plant Based cheese


  1. Place the Puff pastry on a flat surface and pre-heat the oven for 350 F.
  2. Spread the Moroccan tomatoes on the puff pastry and then sprinkle the Plant-Based cheese and Kalamata Olives
  3. Roll the puff pastry into a roulade and cut 3 cm thick Pinwheels
  4. Place on a medium tray and bake for 45 minutes.
