Moroccan Tomatoes Tart (3 servings)


  • Plant-based puff pastry to make the pie shell⠀
  • 1 container of FreshMed Gourmet Moroccan Tomatoes
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste⠀
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, as needed⠀
  • 1 full-sized Heirloom tomato⠀
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, different colours, sliced⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀


  • Place the Puff pastry into a round tray and pre-bake it for about 10 minutes at 400 F.⠀
  • Let cool about 10-15 minutes, then spread a thick layer of the Moroccan Tomatoes, fill with the sliced tomatoes, drizzle some Extra virgin olive oil and bake at 400 F. for about 25-30 minutes, or until pastry is well-browned and crisp.⠀
