Moroccan Tomatoes Pizza
Moroccan Tomatoes Pizza (3 servings)
• Pizza dough
• 1/4 quarter red onion cut into slices
• 1/2 cup Rocket
• 1/4 cup Basil leaves
• 2 Garlic heads
• 1 container of FreshMed Moroccan Tomatoes spread
• 1 hot Red Pepper sliced
• Pre heat oven to 500°F
• Place the garlic heads in foil, drizzle a generous amount of Olive oil, then cover and bake for 20 mins.
• Shape the dough into an oval, drizzle some olive oil and spread the Moroccan Tomatoes, Bake for 15 mins.
• Add the red onion slices and bake for additional 5-7 minutes
• Remove the soften garlic cloves from the shell and place them on the pizza.
• Spread the Rocket, Basil leafs and red pepper evenly on the pizza
• Pour some of the remaining spread on the pizza and Serve hot
