Tahini and Chocolate Hazelnut Butter cookies (4 servings)
Ingredients
• 1 cup of all-purpose flour
• 1 cup of Oats
• 3/4 cup of Almond Milk
• 1/4 cup Oil
• 1/4 cup of Tahini Paste
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 Tbsp Chocolate Hazelnut Butter
• 2 Tbsp Maple syrup/ Silan (dates honey)
Method
• Pre-heat oven to 350F
• Mix the Flour, Oats, baking powder and salt
• Add the wet ingredients – Almond Milk, oil, Tahini paste, Chocolate Hazelnut
Butter and Maple syrup.
• Form into Ping-Pong size balls and place on a baking tray, leaving enough space for cookies to expand
• Bake for 30 mins
• Sprinkle some icing sugar on top.
