• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tsp Cajun Spice
• Salt & pepper
• 150g Soy Milk
• 2/3 Cup Olive Oil
• 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
• 4 tbsp Chopped Chives
• In a food processor add Lemon juice, Cajun spice, Salt & Pepper, Apple Cider Vinegar and Soy Milk beat for couple of seconds.
• Add Olive oil gradually, and beat for 1-2 minutes until the mixture thickens.
• Add chopped chives, mix and store in the fridge overnight in a sealed container.
• You can store it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
